Terms of Service

All keywords marked with an * will raise the costs.
The amount of additional cost is decided on individually.

BEFORE COMMISSIONING
I have the right to turn down any commission I am not comfortable with.
I will not copy another artist's artstyle, I will not trace and I will not change my own styles either.
The client has the right to request a display of different styles I am able to do via my given contacts without an obligation to commission me.DURING COMMISSION PROCESS
The client has the possibility to request three free changes during the sketching phase. After the final sketch has been approved by the client, any major changes will cause additional costs.
Changes such as colour changes are not perceived as major changes unless the commissioned piece falls under the 'Full Shading' category.
The client is obligated to pay 100% of the estimated price upon approval of the final sketch.
Any potential additional costs have to be paid upon completion of the commissioned piece.If the client decides to cancel the commission after receiving the final sketch, the client is obligated to pay the corresponding price under the 'Sketch' category.If I, for some reason, feel forced to cancel the commission, the client is obligated to pay the commissioned product's current state's corresponding price plus an additional 20% to make up for my wasted time.Payments have to be completed within 14 days after the client has received the bill unless agreed on otherwise.
If the client refuses to pay, I am ready to take legal action against the client.The client has the right to request insight regarding the process at any given time.AFTER DELIVERY
I do keep the rights to any commission I do unless agreed on otherwise. The client has the right to use and distribute the finished commission however they please as long as they do not use it commercially, for illegal purposes or claim it as their own work.If the client wishes to use the finished product commercially, this has to be specifically agreed on. In any other case, I keep the commercial rights.

Commissioning Process

The client fills out the form provided below and contacts me with it.COMMUNICATION
The client and I communicate with each other including three free changes until the sketch has been approved by the client. After approval, any major changes will cause additional costs.PAYMENT
After the sketch has been approved by the client, the client is obligated to pay 100% of the initial price (even if the final price might change beyond this point.)
The client will receive an official invoice stating that initial price and any discounts. Payment takes place via PayPal.DRAWING PERIOD
The commissioned product will take its time. Depending on queue, free time, complexity and well-being a piece may be finished sooner or later. More communication may take place.OPTIONAL PAYMENT
After the commissioned piece has been finished, and additional costs have been accumulated, the client will receive a second invoice stating the initial price, all causes of additional costs, any discounts, the final price, subtraction of the initial price paid and the remaining costs.DELIVERY
The client will receive the final product upon receival of the final payment.
With this, the commission has been completed.
